Privacy policy

Landlord Log ("we") is an iPhone app. It helps rental property owners keep a record of business miles and time spent on their rentals. This policy explains what the app uses and where that information goes.
The short version
Everything you record in Landlord Log is stored on your iPhone. We do not run a server for your data, we do not have accounts, and we do not receive, sell or share your trips, hours, addresses or photos.
What the app uses and why

Address lookups
When you type an address or the app labels a trip, it uses Apple's built-in map services to turn coordinates into a street name. Those requests are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Backups and exports
If you use iCloud Backup, your iPhone may include the app's data in your personal backup, under your Apple account. When you export a CSV file, you choose where to send it. We never see it.
Children
Landlord Log is meant for adults who own or manage rental property. It is not directed to children under 13.
Deleting your data
Delete any trip or entry inside the app, or delete the app to remove all of its data from your iPhone.
Changes
If we change how the app handles data, for example by adding advertising, we will update this page and the date above before the change reaches the app.
